It Will Drive You Crazy [Posted on 2008-06-24] I purchased this product hoping it would put an end to cleaning the old ball type mouse. I am very disappointed with the Kensington Mouse and will be going back to my old mouse. Basically, the mouse has a mind of it's own!
Computer mouse [Posted on 2008-07-07] The mouse has worked very well and was delivered just as stated and when it was promised.
Works fine with Mac [Posted on 2008-07-26] Disappointed with the frequent pairing issues with the Logitech wireless mouse I bought for my iMac so went to this simple corded product. Simply plug and play. Always works. No problems. Don't know about durability as only had for a month.
Goes nicely with Mac Mini [Posted on 2008-08-27] I got this mouse to go with a Mac Mini. The finish of the mouse looks great with the anodized aluminum finish on the sides of the Mini and Apple's new 'chic-let' thin keyboard. It is glossy where your fingers rest and very easy to wipe clean if you get dirt build-up.
The Kensington is a bit large, but very comfortable for adult hands. If it is on a family computer, where small children will be using, I would maybe look for something that would better fit small hands. But for this price, you could always try it and still get another smaller mouse if necessary.
Most of the functionality of Apple's mouse is there with the exception of horizontal scroll and the side buttons, which I rarely use on my other Macs with Apple mice. It is currently on a wooden desk with no track pad, yet this optical mouse tracks perfectly. For the price paid, this is a nice looking mouse, with enough features for regular users.
GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE [Posted on 2008-09-30] Works fine for me like any other mouse on both Macs and Windows, no problems. Had it for about a month, very little often do I see the mouse moving across (particularly up) the screen as with a mind of it's own, but my desk is uneven! Thanks be to the makers Kensington for that great mouse!
