Expensive ink is a real turnoff. We use our 5500 for personal and home office work as well as pictures. It has worked flawlessly.

I bought an HP all in one last year and it sucked. I finally couldn't stand it anymore and bought this Kodak all-in-one because of their pledge to have cheap ink. Thought I would give it a try and I am glad I did. Hardware quality is very good and the the print quality is beautiful. I am very happy.
