Missing essential CD [Posted on 2007-06-08]
The product arrived looking like an "unopened" original box. Upon examing the contents, the CD teaching Word was nowhere to be found.

I contacted the seller by e-mail and the response was that he would send me the CD in question.

To date I have not received it and thus the product is useless to me for the purpose I had intended it.
