I bought the drive to use as a replacement for my xbox. after soldering a resistor and a few wires, it has worked flawlessly for a couple months now and it get some use. Can't say anything pc wise as it has not been used in my pc, but if you want an xbox drive that will read every dvd format and most cd's, more if you tweak it, it's great. can be had cheaper though.
