Great price (got a Logitec S 530 Mac keyboard and mouse) for 44.20 delivered. Fast delivery great product (paper direction booklet in Japaneese but it is really not needed). Will buy from them again as needed. Recommend to at least check them out.
V. Nice Mac Mouse/Keyboard Combo under Leopard [Posted on 2008-05-01]
I have two Logitech S 530 Laser Cordless Keyboard/Mouse units, the older (nearly 2 years) on an iMac at work and the newer (going on two months) on a first gen MacBook at home. The original software supplied had a few bugs, but the latest software available online at Logitech works very well with Leopard with these two Macs.
The mouse and keyboard look nice (glossy white with silver accents) match old/new iMacs well as well as the white MacBook. They also match up with a 3+ year old Creative iTrigue 3450 2+1 speaker set that I have that is also glossy white and silver - like it was all planned!
The keyboard has useful extra keys, decent configurability and more shortcuts than I need. The keyboard is very flat, with keys that remind me of my old PowerBook G4, not like the new Apple keyboard which I think is a little too short in key stroke length for my best typing.
The mouse works equally well, I set it up to zoom-in, zoom-out with the thumb left side buttons (works great in many mac apps), sideways scroll by tilting left/right the scroll wheel and use the mute button quite a lot plus the normal left/scroll/right mouse buttons. Doing these setups are trivial and most things are reasonably setup by default in the driver software (at least with the current Leopard drivers).
Battery life with me is very good. I keep the USB radio receiver dongle quite close to the mouse and keyboard so the signal might be running optimally low, but as I don't burn up many batteries, I haven't had any reason to verify if that's actually happening.
I didn't see any differences between the earlier and later S530 Laser products, so it's not exactly a new product, and no doubt will get replaced one day. But if you like the keyboard feel and shape of the mouse, give it a try. It's now a lot cheaper on Amazon than the original version I bought at CompUSA (way before massive shrinking hit them).

Great keyboard and mouse combo for iMac [Posted on 2008-05-09]
This plugged right into USB and has a gang of Mac-specific features right out of the box. Definitely a good choice for me, lots of mouse buttons like forward, back, vol up, down, and mute, a tilt scroll wheel and 3 main click buttons (left, right, scrollwheel). Good laser tracking on my wood table, except for occasional wanderings on a certain part of the grain. Easily solved by using most any other mousing surface.

I have had my Logitech Cordless desktop for about a month now and I love this product. I'm using it on a 15" Macbook Pro and everything works exactly as it should. What little configuration that needed to be done was quick and took less than five minutes. Aesthetically, it has good action on the keys, they're neither too messy or too stiff. The mouse is comfortable in the hand and, again, everything works just as it should.
I don't know what it was that others were having problems with but my s530 has performed flawlessly, as I have come to expect after a decade of using Logitech products.
