The gel wrist rest was as advertised. I have wrist problems and it really helps and keeps you from tiring if you have a fair amount of typing to do.

I could never go back to using a standard keyboard, but I don't know if I'd use an ergo keyboard without one of these gel wrist rests either. It really is the icing on the cake. Makes for a much more comfortable surface on which to rest your wrists--I highly recommend.
