Mario's Party [Posted on 2008-08-26] the Mario and Donkey/Ditty series games have always been a hit. Nintendo has always stayed true to these series. This is no exception. The kids will have a blast(and so may the adults)
Very Good! [Posted on 2008-08-30] Just as good as the others on Gamecube and better than Wii. If you like to party, get Mario Party!
i love mario party so i was glad to add it to my collection [Posted on 2008-09-10] thank you for the game it was a great buy hope to buy more from you soon..
great game [Posted on 2008-10-03] Let me first say that I bought this game for my girlfriend and I to play togeather on the DS. It was everything expected out of a mario party game. Lots of Mini games, single wireless card play, just an awesome DS game.
Translates well to DS [Posted on 2008-10-06] Many years ago I played this game on Nintendo 64. When I bought myself a Nintendo DS as a treat, I was happily surprised to learn that they had made an edition of Mario Party for it. And also to my surprise, the game translated beautifully from console to hand-held.
Good:
-Graphics are unbelievably clear and liquid.
-Frequent auto-saves ensure you won't lose your place.
-Mini-games are FUN, I have come across some old favorites.
-Numerous ways to play; from the classic board-game setup to new individual 'puzzle games'.
-Lots of bang for your buck, you won't get bored easily.
Bad:
-One level was incredibly hard to beat and I couldn't go on to the next board game until it was cleared; though I realize this is an issue of skill, it took months!
-I'm on the last board and there are a few of the old mini games that I loved that have yet to appear. Hopefully they just aren't unlocked yet! There's gotta be Hot-Rope-Jump, right?
