Not worth unwrapping [Posted on 2007-09-30]
Purchased 50X spindle from local retailer and may have gotten a bad lot. Data burns fast and solid with Nero, but when disc is flipped over for Lightscribe, "No Media Detected" message pops up. Updated DVD burner, downloaded several other softwares including diagnostic utility on the Lightscribe website. None of these fixed the problem. After 20 disc from the top, ONE read good and was burnable on both sides. The next three read bad. I am returning the stack to exchange for another brand.

These disks work as they should and LightScribe is an inexpensive way to burn labels on your CD.

I had been using HP brand until now. The labels look so much better than the HP's I had been using.

Burns fast, no coasters, and the Lightscribe looks great. More people need to start buying into Lightscribe to bring the price down for me. :)
