I didn't do that much research on web cams before this purchase, but with the duo pack, it was a no brainer. With nothing to compare it to, my basis is weak, but it gets the job done and now I have a built in person to share the experience.

Perfect for us with two cams. One for us and
one for our grandkids. Follow the directions and
it is a snap.

We have two desktops and a laptop. Two on Vista,
one XP. For some reason, the Vista machines took
an little longer to install the software, but they
work great.

Great pair of webcams for the price! Really great, actually! Good sound and video quality! Can take still pics and video to save on your computer! I love mine!!!

Bought two packs and two out of four cameras had very bad video quality. Other two were OK. Tried on two machines (Vista and XP), drivers installed well. I do not know what was wrong but video was blurred both in Skype and MSN. I was very disappointed and sent two cameras back to Amazon.

I bought these webcams for my Mom & sister for mothers day so that my mom can see here grand daughter grow up. These webcams were so easy to install, insert CD and then follow the directions. The image is clear and the webcam has good adjustments for mounting and focus. The only complaint I have in the Windows Live Messenger software is slightly confusing. but they work great and are fun to use. I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking to connect with friends or family.
