Fantastic Game [Posted on 2005-07-29]
Whether it's jumping over Lombard Street in San Francisco or Racing in Hyde Park in London, Midtown Madness 2 is fun and exciting in every way. This software includes cruise mode, blitz, checkpoint, and circuit races along with crash courses (Driving schools) in both San Francisco and London. Twenty vehicles range from a Double Decker Bus to a Panoz GTR-1. Jumping on to buildings and driving police cars into the water add to the fun. I rated this software five stars meaning that I highly recommend it.
Cool [Posted on 2005-08-05] This game gets pretty boring after a while but if your really bored go to www.mm2x.com and u can download better cars like ferraris and other cars like that. pretty cool after that. u must play online with other people. way more fun.
Great! [Posted on 2006-07-14] This game is excellent! I only have the free trial but I may even buy it later. If you can adjust the weather conditions and the time of day, then why can't you even turn on your car's light or apply the wipers? Anyway, I have lost the shortcut for midtrial.exe, but I installed another game and it went fine.
Hmm, wonder if the system requirements are not nearly symmetrical for each game/different type.
I have installed the lexus is 300, but I will be downloading more later on.
Well, anyway, I have gotten ALL the vehicles available for a truck simulator game called 18 Wheels of Steel: Across America.
I've gotten Hard Truck 2.
I will be browsing the Web for more info about this game.
If I can, and it seems good, I will DEFINETLY buy it. Oh ok.
I think you want me to stop?
Endless fun and laughter. [Posted on 2007-04-03] This is one of the best racing games out there. Instead of being landlocked in a certain racing circuit, as in other games, you get to goof around in the cities of London and San Francisco. It is just one of the most fun things in the world to smash the living cheese out out of the traffic and the cops. I could do it for days; it is just so hilarious. But if you think the game is pointless, there are racing modes with CPUs. You can do all this in 25 cars (some need to be unlocked). It is also possible to download cars off the internet, including exotic Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Endow all this goodness with online LAN capability, and that makes Midtown Madness II a classic.
Midtown Madness 2 meeds my standards of a good game but can improve [Posted on 2007-05-30] For a racing game its pretty good but the game lags alot if you go really fast and the graphics could use an update. There is a good variety of cars and two nice maps(Sanfansico and London) although you will probably like San Fransico better. You might enjoy Midtown Madness 1 more since you can actually destroy the police cars and for the weather, you can make it snow. Also the races aren't as challenging as Midtown Madness1 but just more qauntity.I perfer challenging races than alot of easier races. They also have a Sf stunt school and a London Cabbie which are somewhat challenging. Also, some of cars might have difficulty going on sidewalks or traveling through dirt. The game is good overall and could be worth buying depending on the person. For these reason I think it deserves a rating of a 4.
