Really Great! [Posted on 2007-05-27] I bought Mind Quiz because I understand that it not only helps you be more alert, but it also may prevent or lessen Alzheimer symptoms. (I am trying to be proactive here) It is not only fun and just challenging enough for you to be interested but not so challenging that you are frustrated and give up. It also keeps track of your daily quizzes and reminds you when you have yet to do a quiz that day.
Great fun, you can spend hours on this and it seems like minutes....burnt dinner anyone??? :)
Recommended by Aging Hipster [Posted on 2007-07-09] Having used this for a week, already my brain feels bigger, and when I flex it in front of the ladies, well, let's just say size does matter . . .
OK, so that wasn't true. But this is: I find the puzzles challenging, engaging, and interesting. I like the fact you can track progress, and the fact there are multiple levels, so you can move up if you need more of a challenge. Between the accuracy and time scores, the game keeps challenging you.
While this isn't the best game I have ever played, it's certainly entertaining. My kids like it, too.
If it happens to stretch my brain a bit, well then, that's just a bonus.
Mind Quiz Review [Posted on 2008-02-22] Over all, this is a very good product. It made me realize what areas of my abilities need to be strengthened. I use it 3-5 days a week, and feel that it is helping to stimulate my thought processes. I wouldn't call it fun, but it's pleasant enough. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay sharp, especially those of us who are no longer in the workforce.
