The phone I bought was the wrong one. I left sevral msgs, goth by phone and email but nobody ever returns my call. I just wat to retuen it.

......that this phone will NOT work a two line phone system even though they are identical. Wasted my money on them ,they would not take them back. The two line phone system hand sets are discontinued. :-( I threw the whole works in the trash!
