This book is helpful if you don't know much about football or the players on certain teams. I was hoping for some insights into the mechanics of the game with helpful tips to complete certain tasks, like the best practice schedule and gameday planning. Instead it gives you Football 101 terms and team breakdowns of possible draft picks and plays to run, but does not really delve into the game itself. Good book for young players with minimal football knowledge.
