I ordered two of these to replace old batteries in a VTech model 2421 and extension handset 2420. If I'm lucky, they'll hold a charge for maybe an hour of talk time after being on the charger for a full day. I don't blame the seller, because the packaging clearly states that the battery will work with those phones.
Note: The batteries I received are GE model TL26511, and the color is black rather than the green shown.
