Does what it is supposed to, what more can one ask? If you are prone to bumping your camera against objects, this is a MUST HAVE.

A Bit Expensive for a piece of plastic-But added insurance [Posted on 2008-04-21]
My original Nikon BM6 Monitor Cover is scratched and showed signs of wear on my Nikon D200-so a replacement protective cover was needed. Although I think this is a little expensive for a piece of plastic-it is added protection to the screen it covers which would have been a lot more expensive to replace should something happen to it without the added proetction of this plastic protective cover. Beacuse it's made by the original manufacturer-it snaps on perfectly and "locks-on" tight as the original did. It was shipped very fast from Amazon, I would buy from this vendor again. I would have given it five stars if it were priced a bit less (including the shipping), but then again, I wouldn't mind buying a pack of six of these for my Nikon D200 for say $5.00 each for the future. Thanks!

Obtaining a cover replacement for my camera was excellent as the original one was scratched with use.

This is just a standard OEM replacement. A little pricey and could be a little more robust. -jw
