I purchased Norton 360 Version 2.0 and tried installing it.
Installation would never complete, went round and round with re-starts and now My computer has crashed and I can not re-boot my system.
Extremely frustrating.
Tech support is e-mail only and is based in India = no help.
Phone support is $9.95 per call. (After I spent $80 on software that destroyed my computer they want another $10, no way)
I used Norton in 2005, 2006 and 2007, but no more. (So much for helping a loyal customer)
I now have to take my computer to a tech.
Suggest you look for another product.

I tried to install this program on my computer. AFter 3 hours with Norton tech support, it finally was partially installed. Unfortunately, it screwed up several other programs including my printing. My favorite foulup, is that I can not access my bookkeeping program if I backup the info before exiting. I have to turn off the machine to get back to the program. Turning off the program causes other problems. There are 2 error messages that come up everytime I try to shut the computer off. All of this is new since the install.

Will I buy this again--NO! I've had it and will start shopping for a new brand after 18 years of Norton. I'm through.
