Do Not Buy This Flawed Device [Posted on 2008-06-24]
I own a Model 02 OQO. It has a built in "motherboard flaw" that causes it to lock up and become totally unusable. I was informed by Customer Service at OQO that "they are aware of this problem" and the tech said "I just worked on one like this yesterday." Worst of all, after telling me I would "have it back quickly" when I had to ship it to them in Texas, they told me today IT WOULD TAKE TWO MONTHS TO REPAIR THIS BEFORE THEY SHIP IT BACK TO ME. They added, "we do not have an exchange or replacement policy." This is unacceptable. The flaw they ship this with makes the OQO an unusable brick.

Do not waste your time and money on this flawed device.
