I had a problem with this Thumb Drive - AMAZON was great [Posted on 2008-06-04]
I anxiously awaited the arrival of this drive. When I received it, I plugged it in and I found that if and when it was detected, other physical HD's would disappear from my computer. Sometimes it would detect and sometimes it would not. Whenever it did detect, one or more of my physical drives HD or DVD, would disappear from my available drives. A quick message to Amazon got me an RMA and a return. The money was credited back to my credit card within a week.

Bad connection [Posted on 2008-07-07]
I purchased 2 of the 16GB product. Neither was recognized by any of my three computers. I determined that the problem was with their USB connector. When I used their extension cable, the 16GB worked fine on all of my systems. Attempting to talk to their Tech Support was much like talking to my dog -- they only have one answer to all questions and did not exhibit human intelligence. If you have a NAS, the drive letters will conflict.
