I use Plantronics in my office at work, and they work really well. This Bluetooth earpiece works just great with clear sound. As a bonus, this earpiece is quite attractive. The charging holder was a smart idea. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased two of these blue tooth earpieces. One for me, one for my boyfriend. We both love them and trust me, he is a hard sale. They are easy to charge, the sound is great and they do not fall out of your ear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a blue tooth for their cellphone.

This is a bluetooth that is actually comfortable (!!?!), stays securely in your ear, has great sound quality (you don't need to waste a free hand pushing the bluetooth closer into your ear so you can hear!), and looks like a small, well-made barrette. The charging case is a nice touch, and the color of the actual device is a much more saturated color (think pink-toned deep red wine...) than the case, giving it a glossy sheen of quality. In cerise, it doesn't feel too generically businesslike ... the person who uses this particular bluetooth is not likely to clip any kind of electronic device to her belt buckle!

I have had a difficult time finding a bluetooth headset due to a hearing loss that I have in both ears. Any that I had tried I couldn't hear the callers on any setting. There was NO problem hearing people on my end on this phone. I was in heaven.

However, I have to scream into the headset in order for other people to hear me! It's ok if I'm in the car, but a bit unruly if I am in public.

The charger is a wonderful idea as I always forget to charge things. It is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, and the color choice is quite nice.

I was a bit disappointed that the charging mechanism isn't stardard mini-usb, as I did not need another chord to have to find a plug to. Standard mini was very doable on this headset and would have made it even better.

It's a good headset for hearing, but the reception on the other end makes this one that you might want to pass on.
