Great product for the money [Posted on 2008-07-20] The Voyager 520 in my opinion is the best Bluetooth out there for the money. My wife and I both have used other headsets and so far the Voyager 520 is the best as far a clarity, comfort, style and easy to use. If you wear glasses, it can be a bit uncomfortable but personally it's not a big issue for me. I recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for a Bluetooth.
Not worth it. [Posted on 2008-07-20] I had the 510 before this, and have since returned the 520 and gotten another 510. This new model has terrible backround noise issues, and an ineffective windscreen. I liked the controls on this one better than the 510, and it is lighter and more comfortable, but if you are looking for quality sound and minimal backround noise, don't buy it.
Excellent Headset [Posted on 2008-07-20] Headset was easy to connect to my Samsung BlackJack II. It is lightweight and comfortable. Sound quality is great. No complaints of callers not hearing me or me having trouble hearing them either. Not the smallest headset on the market but for the price, is an excellent headset!
Great headset - especially if you have 2 cell phones [Posted on 2008-07-21] Good product. It works with 2 BT phones with no issues. Although, I wish I could go back and forth. You would need to hang up with one phone before you could pick up the other call on another phone. You can't just put it on hold. I may be asking for too much... but, that technology should arrive soon.
Other than that - great product. Holds charges for very long time compared to the other sets. Good sound quality and mic (so I hear).
Plantronics 520 [Posted on 2008-07-21] One of thre best Bluetooth headsets I've used when you blend headset sound quality, noise cancelling, comfort, and connection reliability.
For instance, the Jawbone has better noise cancelling, but in my experience, the speaker tone quality is so tinny as to render some conversations unintelligible.
Other headsets have louder speaker volume and adequate noise cancelling, but constantly drop connection with the phone. The 520 has never lost its connection withany of my three phones (Tilt and Nokia E90 and E51).
