I can't say enough nice things about this device. My only desire is for a standardized user-changeable battery, so that I won't have to buy another headset when this battery gives out. And, come to think of it, a bigger and more robust storage-bag would've been nice, too. Stereo function works well for all but serious audiophiles.

Great audio using the phone with either a single or double earpiece.
Provides decent audio when listening to music, although a bit "thin". Needs more bass.
The device is extremely lightweight and convenient compared to other bluetooth stereo headsets. Pleased with the purchase.

I have a pocket PC and was able to convert my regualr mono bluetooth to stereo by using BTmusic(free) software. No where on the website it said that the stereo option on this device will only work with A2DP...so when I try using it with my Palm Treo 755p I need to buy another software or this product is as good as a cheap 20$ device out there.As far as I see it its overpriced and as good as any other device.....the stereo option is just fancy but no good practical use.
Works after 2 wash-dry cycles [Posted on 2008-10-03]
I have had this headset for 6 months now. I liked it a lot. But now I am thoroughly impressed with it. The reason. I am not so smart & I washed it accidently with my pants. Twice. After 2 wash-dry cycles, it still works, as before.
Other than, the sound quality is great & so is its battery life. I am even considering getting a bluetooth adaptor for my nano so that I can use the plantronics 855 with the nano.
Good product but I had to spend $ on ear molds. [Posted on 2008-10-06]
This came with four different size ear buds, none of which fit my ear canal. I had to spend a lot of extra money on custom ear molds but now I am very happy. With the custom ear molds they stay in place perfectly even while running. They are light, small and deliver decent sound and it's great with the cell phone. The noise reduction wile I am talking on the cell phone works better than any other ear piece that I have ever used.
