If you are interested in limit Texas Holdum this is a good and chalenging game. Limit holdum has a different feel from no-limit holdum, and you may be disapointed if you wanted a no limit game.

If you think about upgrading to PA 2 PRO ****WARNING**** [Posted on 2005-12-28]
BE ADVISED - When you install Poker Academy 2 Pro you have to be on-line and register, using its key, for it be verified and allowed to function. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS ONLY TWO TIMES. PERIOD!!! If you install it on a desktop and a laptop, fine. But that is all! If you want to install it again, because your computer hard drive crashed or you just wanted a new computer, forget trying to install PA2 Pro again, they won't let you. It happened to me and when I emailed support they just ignored me. Apparently you have to buy a new key at the going price to install PA2 Pro again. They said only 2 installs per key and THEY MEAN IT.

I've been playing poker since I was a kid. Over the years I have bought just about every piece of poker software that came along. Many of them were good, but they always seemed to be lacking something and/or they were too easy to beat.

Then I found Poker-Academy and that changed everything. This software has tough artificial intelligence and adapts to your play. While you're trying to figure out how it plays, IT tries to figure out how YOU play!

It's a bargain at twice the asking price.

If you are a serious student of Texas Hold'em, get this software.

...because the more people will use it and practice with its simulator or playing online against the other Poker Academy owners, the stronger they all will become, and the more difficult it will be for me to catch money on real money tables !

So please, don't buy it, and if you do, don't use it !

And if you use it despite everything, please never talk about it to other players ! This software is too effective to be known by everybody !

So now, please, close your browser window, clear your browser's history and forget all what you learnt here.

PS: This is probably why Poker Pete wrote a so unfair and completely wrong review (the support is excellent !) But Pete is clever, and he understood that each new buyer of this product will become a competitor difficult to beat... So believe him and don't buy it !
