This xD adapter adapting to CompactFlash is ideal and much more rugged than similar xD adapters that adapt to SD. SD is more delicate, has exposed contacts, etc, similar to xD. CompactFlash uses real pin and sockets connector and inherently stronger. Premiertek price is right. There's no need to go to expensive brand. This is a quality product.
