An absolutely briliant set of headphones, crystal clear, usb adapter which can be very useful, and durable. The mike is perfect and the suround audio is amazing. A absolute for any gaming pro, or just a briliant set of headphones for audio junkies.

OK... that's from an old bumper sticker,I know:But it really does apply here.

I've been searching long and hard for just the right combination mic-headset for use with my computer, and these are it. They give great hi-fidelity listening, and the mic'ng is pristine. That inline sound enhancement "thingy " actually works! In chat rooms I am frequently told I sound as clear and loud as an FM Radio DJ.

Comfort-wise: Anything you wear too long over your ears will become uncomfortable, yet I find I can endure these much longer, with less discomfort than any others I have owned. Sennheiser holds it's ranking for good reason.

This headset is awesome. It could be better soundwise if the ear cups covered my ears rather than resting on them. This is a personal preferance. The mic works well. The remote (on the cable) volume adjustment is very usefull as is the mic on/off switch right next to it. The sound was a little tinny at first but they break in well after some use. Either that or I got used to them. This is a comfortable headset good for hours of comfortable fragging.

The sound quality is good, the mike works well for dictation. However, it gets uncomfortable to wear after a while. My ears start to hurt and get sore despite the padding. Nonetheless, it's a very nice headset. Just be aware you can't wear it for hours on end without some discomfort.

Sound is great compared to all the others [Posted on 2007-02-21]
This is the best gaming headset that I've owned, to date. I've had the Logitech and Koss gaming sets and they don't even compare. Only issue I have with them is that the earpiece foam becomes flat very quickly. I had to order some replacements for mine. But I do wear glasses and they may have added to it. Also the microphone sound quality is very good. I play BF 2142 all the time and it's the best headset you can get for the money.
