Just as promised, but.... [Posted on 2008-08-11]
Took two tries but the second bulb was fine. Looked like someone returned a used one...and then it got re-sold to me as new. But Amazon came through with next day shipping at no charge, and we were back up an running again---at a great savings over hiring an A/V person to replace the projector bulb.
