low budget fun [Posted on 2007-06-11] I'll just jump right in here. Played this game 90%, was pretty fun. The graphics are pretty horrible, and character animation was awful! The voice acting was some of the worst! With the exception of the spiritual stuff, and the dream sequences, the level design was pretty neat, with interactive junk scattered around. For example, a hallway with pictures on the wall, your blasting at some enemies, and hit a couple pictures and they fall to the ground, and sense they are physics enabled, some of em flop over, and some of em are propped against the wall.. pretty neat stuff. Overall, I liked the game, the chick in it is pretty damn hot to, they did a great job modeling her.
The Unworkable Turd [Posted on 2008-01-31] I am suprised to see that ANYONE could even get to the opening screen on this piece of junk. All this thing does is crash. I have tried unsuccessfully to give it away over seven {7} times each time it returns with another reason;i.e. my antivirus thought it was malware,it hung with pulling the plug on the machine to unfreeze it,etc. it wasn't worth the 3 bucks i paid for it at Big Lots. Nice box art though. ha!
Poor and Useless [Posted on 2008-02-28] Just read the other comments of this game. "Locked up every time that I tried to run it!" Now I'm the one to diss because of graphics but man, this was just the worst...
The German version was good! [Posted on 2008-05-16] I played the German Version on DVD shortly after the first demo came out to America. I liked the demo despite some game AI shortcomings so I went in search of the full game but could only get it from Europe. I had pretty good game gear on my rig at the time and played with all the graphics tuned up and it looked on par with most of the medium end titles of the time. I don't recall having all the problems reported on the US version at all. Maybe it lost something in translation or they cut it down to fit the US CD format. I can't be sure but I found it a good shooter and enjoyed the dream sequences. The dream sequences really stand out as they offer a wide variety of strangeness from black and white 1900's movies to kiddie cartoons to just plain drug induced nightmares. I should also mention the game offers very large maps both indoor and outdoor. So go get the DVD version and enjoy.
Just TRY and play this game.. [Posted on 2008-05-21] Bugs, bugs, bugs... This game is loaded with them. The graphics are terrible - awful clipping problems. Every 10 minutes the game would crash, BOOM! No fun at all.
