This software is a demo package that expires after thirty-days, after the thirty days it can not be used. It was not advertised as a demo program, through Amazon nor the manufacture. I attempted to contact Amazon as well as the manufacture with negative result.

This program is and isn't what we wanted. We had used RentRight 3.0 for a long time but ran into complications with corrupted files message and do not have a disc to repair the problem. We had hoped that the new version would not only fix the problem but give us greater versitility which it did not. Overall, good program but not too user friendly.

P.O.S.! [Posted on 2008-01-03]
This software is an absolute P.O.S. due to one MAJOR flaw that I've found over the four years I used this product. The flaw is the backups of your database i.e. tenants, buildings, etc CANNOT be restored! Error message displayed says it cannot UPGRADE and cannot load database. Other than that I've got used to this software wiping out my info and started over several times over this time period. Now, I'm going to try another software provider...pass on this one!
