Love this product. Tried other blue tooth devices but could always hear truck engine in back ground. We needed a little bit of help getting it to set up with our cell phone but once we got some help with our phone, we were off and running. If I had to say one feature that I would change, it would be that when you shut it off you have to go through the menu to get the headset and phone to connect again. With blue tooth, once you open the wand, it automatically connects on it own. Other then that, it is awesome and we have told two other truckers about this product and they have also purchased and loved their new found freedom.......

I love this device. It works as advertised and I can hear callers under any conditions and they can hear me. I wish the company would make a similar one but capable of stereo music too (hint, hint). It's rugged and other than it being a bit too bulky, I can't find anything to complain about.

This product truly is everything it claims. As a truck driver I have had the frustration of want-a-be cheap imitations and other headsets that claim everything this one does. THIS ONE WORKS AS IT CLAIMS ! No lies told here. RoadWarrior truly is Supreme of wireless headsets and it claims to work up to 33 feet from the phone--However I have been to the rear of my tractor and 53 foot trailer numerous times and left the phone in the truck and it never lost connection.. This is the one to buy and NOT be sorry and it is anywhere fro $99.00 to $129.00 at the truckstops when you can find the B150TK model NOT the B150 which works well but, is less money--so my friends tell me.

great sound but always breaking [Posted on 2008-05-31]
This is the second one I have brought the first one I got 10 months ago the wire broke had to send it back under warranty while I was waiting for it I ordered a new one because it the only one that blocks out back ground noise in my truck. Now that one stopped working one month old. I know that they will repair it but I will have to pay shipping again. Good thing I have two of them.
