This product is sold as licensed software. Users will NOT be able to load it onto more than one computer. This aspect of the product is not clear from the blurbing on the Rosetta Stone website. It is a "single-user" product.
Don't think that you can share this with friends, or that it is appropriate for a lending collection.

Learning and teaching languages is a hobby of mine. I am really enjoying this Rosetta Stone software and I am actually learning more German than I thought I would with this product. The graphics are also easy on the eyes which is important to me because I use my computer a lot.

If you're using Windows Vista DO NOT buy Rosetta Stone.
If you're paying over $300.00 for a program it should install seamlessly I spent hours installing all the updates contacted Rosetta Stone Tech support over six times. They even sent me TWO new CD'S.The program would still not install. I wonder when Rosetta Stone will wise up and update their program. I'm certain all new computers will come pre-installed with Vista.
