The product is misrepresented in the picture. It is shown as one stick of RAM. This CLEARLY implies it is a single 4GB memory module. What were shipped were two 2GB modules. What's more, the Technical Detail for the item say: "Item Package Quantity: 1". Further implying the package will contain only 1 module. I had done a considerable bit of online shopping for this and everywhere else that listed 4GB as 2x2GB indicated such but not so here. Very disappointing. On the positive side, PC Universe was cooperative regarding the return. It remains to be seen whether or not they charge me a restocking fee for opening one of the containers. The customer service rep. gave no indication of that. The outer package label was so large that I could not determine if the inner contents matched what the label said. Therefore, I had to open the package to be sure. Finally, it is also worth noting that this is supposed to be PC2-3200 memory, which matches the outer package label. The label on the memory itself says PC2-5300, though I suppose that is a bonus if 2x2GB is what you want.
