I purchased this optical drive to go with my Samsung Q1. It seems a nice drive but beware... the CyberLink DVD Suite it ships with, ships with NO product key. You just as well be ready to surrender and whip out the old credit card to get the software activated. Had I known this prior to this purchase, I'd have chosen differently.

this drive will not plug in to the new q1 ultra. only the first generation q1.
