i purchased one of these from another source. This thing never worked. The dvd or cd won't spin. Opened it up and realized it had a bad motor(the thing with spins the disc)! i'm disappointed

Samsung is garbage anyways. They do not support their products. My advice is to not buy from them and the same goes for sony. Sony may not be complete garbage but they have some nasty spy devices on there and to me yes I suppose it is garbage to.
