Humor and gun play don't come any better, except perhaps its sequel Serious Sam 2. A Continuation of First encounter this game come in constant waves of strange enemies that provide non-stop fun, as well as decent challenge. Mixed in topical humor and silly situations lend to a light hearted romp. It shows its age, lacking most of the modern FPS features, but its a must for those who loved the style of old games like Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, so long as you don't mind a less serious tone.
