I had this fax machine for 3 years before the lightening from a thunder storm fryed it. I looked everywhere for a new one and finally found it on Amazon. This fax is easy to use and a great value for the price. I would definitely purchase this fax again and again. I have trouble with technology but even I can operate this machine.
