A Good Item for the Price [Posted on 2007-01-21]
When I first received this Item I had a lot of problems with it, the CD Rom disk was corrupted, the USB cord was defective, and the AC Charger was broken. When I contacted the seller about it he replied to me very quickly, and he was very helpful about replacing the defective equipment. He was also very helpful when the second USB cord didn't work either, and offered to replace the cord yet again without any hassles. Now that I've learned how to use the MP3 player and I've been helped so eagerly by the seller and customer service, I love my MP3! The item is great for the money that I spent, and i'm extremely pleased with the sellers cooperation with me.

I'm sad my mp4 crashed i don't know why, on Sunday I used the sound was excelent i liked it. Yesterday night i wanted use but said "disk error" the hard disk said C:00mb. What happened? I bought 2 months ago

As soon as I recieved this product in the mail, I was so excited, until I saw it. I opened the cheap cardboard box and pulled out nothing short of a disaster. The mp3 player is half the size of an ipod! IT'S SO SMALL! Do me a favor, look at the dimensions they give you on this page, and draw them out. Yes, that rectanglish figure you are looking at is how big the mp3 player is, not 1/4 of its real size, but the whole size! I immidiately wanted to return it, and I recieved an e-mail in response from "cable4less". First off, he/she CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH.

He is an e-mail from him/her:

"Yes, we will full refund or replace for the defectuve items.
we are trying to do that for the customers who bouhgt our MP4, but people just left a negative feedback and don't come back.
we do 100 % service for the customers until they got satisfied.
thanks for asking."

What does he/she mean by, "We do 100% service", does that mean she physically makes it???? She is obviously using a machine translator and a monkey to type this up!!!!!

She can't seem to get her tenses right, and is lying to you about the quality of the mp3 player! The screem is smaller then that of a nano, and the size is half of a nano, i think.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT BUYJAPANEESE GARBAGE THAT COSTS A HALF A CENT TO MAKE, BUT $35 TO SELL. THIS IS A RIPOFF, IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON AN IPOD, BEFORE, LIKE ME, YOU END UP AT YOUR KEYBOARD TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE MACHINE TRANSLATOR MEANT WHEN IT DID THE TRANSLATION.
