What a horrible experience. I bought this machine pumping out decent dollars with high hopes. Straight out of the box, it crashed. I had it for about one week and it crashed about 10 times. I didn't even add any software. The sales people were super nice until after the purchase was made. The service support was horrible. I followed thier procedurs for return and got screwed. My experience with Sony cost me an additional $30 for shipping it back to them, and I have nothing to show for it. This machine sucks. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend you money elsewhere.

I purchased this product with high hope too. It was OK at beginning and after 4th day,it starting crash like hell every time I turn it on. All I can say is " Don't Buy it, unless you have a lot of money!!"
