This practice canister is a great tool. I have used it to teach women who are uncomfortable with self-defense to become comfortable with using a Spitfire Pepper Spray dispenser. It emits a flowery fragrant odor that is relatively pleasant; smells a like an air freshener. Using this allows people to become comfortable with the actual feel they will have when using the Spitfire pepper spray. They learn they can easily handle the spray in emergency situations allowing them to gain more confidence in their ability to be alone when the situation demands it.
