This is a good one -- my former exercise ball was too small for my longish legs, and this one makes a huge difference! It came when i expected it and was exactly as promised!

Spiced up my workout, nice package (includes tape measurer to ensure proper inflation). Inflated with with tire inflator from black and decker (highly reccomend).. so it was a breeze. But, sprang leak after about of week... sent it back. The spell was a bit weird, but tolerable.

The ball alone is worth the price, but the package also includes a very good exercise video. It was easy to inflate the ball with the provided pump. I am really pleased with this purchase.

i used the ball once, and let my step-daughter play with it, who is six years old and it hit the fireplace and popped. I still can't figure out what made the puncture, but it is not very thick so will be more prone to punctures. i didnt care about the crappy plastic pump it came with, since we have an electric one. i am going to order another one, and just have it be off-limits.

I'm one of many who does not like to exercise...
Few years ago I started gaining weight and recently it started becoming a problem... I tried many workouts, and all of them just ended up making my whole body feel soar, and my spirit low since I can't do even half of the excercises...
I decided to give it one more try, and found a good deal on this set ball+DVD. I thought that it would be good if I have at least the ball to bounce around from time to time... so I got it.
It was really easy to inflate the ball with the pump which comes in the package. For a while I was only bouncing on the ball and using it instead of chair when I work on my PC.
And then I decided to check out the DVD... I was surprised how exercises look easy to do and it lasts only about half an hour. So I gave it a try.
The exercises are easy to do - I did almost all of them on the first try... it's not so much strenght, but it's mostly stretching, and balancing, and I'm having fun doing it. It's not difficult to do them, and I break a sweat without even noticing it!
After few weeks of exercising (2-3 times per week), overall I feel better; I can do all the exercises now, and I still break a good sweat during those half an hour of exercise. What I enjoy the most is that exercises are really easy to do, and after the workout I feel energized and great about myself - because I can, and I did completed all exercises on the DVD.
I don't know if I lost any weight since I'm one of the people who run away from the scale... but it seems that I have more space in my jeans.
My husband tried the exercises, he liked them very much, and now he is also doing them; we are taking turns. I will buy another ball for him so that we can exercise at the same time.
I recommend this ball and DVD with workout very much.
