Good floppy drive. [Posted on 2003-03-20]
This is a good product... i have a Toshiba 5205-S703 laptop... these models do not come with 3.5inch floppy drives internally. This is a good cheap solution. It has no power cable so if your "on-the-go" you can still use it, but i had to give it 4 stars because this does cause it to loose battery power slightly faster.

Worked perfectly for my need: upgrading the BIOS on a Linux-only system. Intel's BIOS upgrade software requires either Windows, or a floppy drive, neither of which my system had. I was able to boot the flash upgrade diskette from this drive with no problems.
