Superlative Grammar Resource [Posted on 2008-01-20] This book proved to be a great resource, with clear and concise grammar references.
I recommend this and "Grammatically Correct" by Stilman.
Is true to it's name [Posted on 2008-03-24] This book is absolutely incredible, i found it in my kitchen and I have gotten such great use out of it. In school it cover everything we learn, its inexpensive as well. I really recommend this book, disregard the negative feedback because this book is truly outstanding. It really is the only grammar book you'll ever need!
The Title Says It All [Posted on 2008-06-06] As a budding writer, the thing that seems to be going "Giant Chicken" on me at every step of writing, is grammar. I mean, who came up with all this, and would it be wrong if this person "disappeared?" Anyways, all kidding aside, the subject of grammar can only be akin to "Ernie The Giant Chicken," who on "Family Guy," seems to kick the crap out of the main character, and just when the main character thinks he has the chicken beat, the chicken shows he's alive and well, and will live to beat the crap out of him another day.
This book tries to combat the chicken, however, by providing everything you need to fight back. It's the all-in-one guide to grammar. A Reference. The Be All, End All. And it's conveniently pocket-sized. Simply put, the title says it all. And after you've finished the book, there's no reason to have grammar problems. I mean, you have all the rules right there, in one place. It's pretty easy to understand. But nope, grammar will still kick the crap out of you. No book will ever implant it, and make this stuff automatic for you. Nope. It comes from experience, and stuff like that. At least now, you know all the rules, in one easy, simple source, at a cheap price.
The Only Grammar Book You'll Ever Need: A One-Stop Source for Every Writing Assignment [Posted on 2008-08-28] This is a no nonsense book that gets right down to business. No fancy frills or filler. Just useful information. I recommend this book to anyone writing literature.
Covers Everything I will Need [Posted on 2008-09-05] This book covers most everything you learned in high school and college. It's not too big to carry with you and has a lot of helpful examples. It works very well as a good review for those things you have "forgotten" since you went to school. I would buy it again...
