This clock and weather station is excellent. At first I had a little trouble syncing it to the atomic time, but once I set it I've never touched it again. I placed the temperature sensor outside about 20-30 feet away and it has always given me accurate temps. The indoor temp reading is basically exactly the same as the thermostat in the house says.
The clock is very well made and looks beautiful on the wall. We've had the clock for well over a year now and have not once changed the batteries.

I bought this clock after much deliberation as I was not sure what to expect in regards to the quietness, appeal and temperature accuracy.
But this clock has by far exceeded my expectations. I wake up every morning knowing exactly what the outdoor temperature is without having to step outside. Also great is the day and date display.
My husband is very fussy in regards to clock noise or digital light display and this clock knocks it all.
This is a great gift. Just make sure that you read the very small instructions booklet so that the temperature is accurate. (Hint: Fist insert the battery in the transmitter and then the clock; and wait for the transmitter to send the signal to the clock before setting the time and day).

I LIKE THE OUTDOOR TEMPERTURE GAGE IT TELLS YOU WHAT THE TEMP IS OUTSIDE WITHOUT GETTING OUT THE CHAIR. IT IS VERY HANDY TO HAVE ON COLDS DAYS TO FIND OUT HOW TO DRESS PROPERLY FOR WORK. iT ALSO AN ALARM ON IT SO YOU CAN HAVE IT THE BEDSIDE TABLE SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE TEMPERATURE.

The Weather Channel WS-8007CTWC Atomic Wall Clock with Moon Phase A very good instrument that receives the signal well in Florida to automatically display the time, date, and day of week. It also displays the indoor and outdoor temps. And it displays the moon phase, but the display is in black segments rather than white, the real appearance of the moon.

Out of the box the unit time display was missing some segments. The clock would never connect and synchronize with the radio station and it's temperature reading appeared to be from a different time zone. Returned to the bowels of Amazon
