The price for memory has been reduced dramatically in recent monthes. I still found this a good bargin at $29.95 for 1 GB memory, plus, it is Toshiba, a brand name. I have used in my digital camera. No complaints. This SD card can compete with any SD card in quality and reliability.

I chose this brand because it was trusted. Boy am i glad i got on my compact digital cam i can realy urn up the resolution for some great pics. i am able to record both video and audio for just under 3 hours with the resolution set at the highest level.and the price just under $15 shold have got it a long time ago.

I was shocked to find this high-quality 1GB SD card for such a great price on Amazon (sold by a third-party seller). I bought one a while ago for more than twice the current price and have been very satisfied with its reliability. I'm ordering another one for my new Garmin Nuvi GPS unit. I highly recommend this SD card. You can't go wrong.

After I figured out that you can't put more than a hundred or so files in the root directory it was great. Difficult to sync music in Windows Media player because of Media players limited sync options but once you get your routine down it's not too annoying. Overall, cheap and reliable. What more can you ask for?

These Toshiba cards are the best IMHO, as I have never experienced data corruption, hardware failure, or transfer problems with them. I wish I could say the same for some other brands I've tried. Even in today's age of high-resolution cameras, a 1GB card is still worth having if you own a 3.2 - 8.0 MP rig.

These are also great to transfer data between computers. I can actually write to (and subsequently upload from) this card faster than my wireless network can send data from my notebook to my desktop over 802.11b/g/n.

These are also so darned inexpensive, you might as well buy 4 of these for half the cost of a 4GB card.

NOTE: Watch out for sellers with high shipping costs! I've seen some of these cards for $4, but the shipping has been upwards of $9. Needless to say, one could easily toss this in a padded envelope, and send it out priority mail for less than $5. Media mail is less, and a seller could conceivably wrap this thing in a piece of paper, and mail it for 42 cents...
