I'm really happy with this keyboard protector! In the second day, you will be very used to it and will no longer perceive the protection under your fingers. It adapts very well to the keyboard and is a good protection against dusty - I use to keep the notebook turned on overnight and the lid is always open. So it is really handy for me.

The protector is a good product. It is the same size as my keys plus about an eighth of an inch on each side. It does fit over the keys and allow you to type with it in place. So, it performs very well as it was intended. It would protect against SMALL spills so long as they are toward the center of the keyboard and has stopped all the dog hair that I used to blow out of the keyboard on a weekly basis. The fact that it can be easily removed and cleaned is also a nice touch.

I only gave it four of five stars because the describing it as fitting "like a glove" would be slightly too generous. It doesn't settle down as low between the keys as I thought it would. As a result, if you hit the key from the side instead of straight down, it might bind a bit, but won't come off the keyboard. If anything, this will train me to become a better touch typist, but reduces my accuracy in the short term. So, four stars not five.
