This adapter provides a full set of USB connections plus retracts. Very convenient! Works well. One end is a standard male USB connector and the other end is a female connector. This gives you a longer connection to your laptop or pc. The female connector uses 4 adapters that come with the system. This helps to make sure that your USB device can always tranfer the information it contains. Have had no problems with its use.
