Poor Quality [Posted on 2007-06-19] Great scale for a couple of months, then it froze up. No amount of resetting will work. You might as well flush your $50.
Nice when it works [Posted on 2007-07-27] Our experience is that this product will last 4 to 6 months - we have gone through two in the last year. Great when it works, but then it stops working - forever.
Great price for a scale of 22 pounds [Posted on 2007-08-23] I had the 10 pound scale and upgraded to this 22 pound. Very reliable. I send out several things a day and nothing ever returned lacking postage. Has a much larger weigh plate, so larger items weigh easier than my 10lb. If there is a down side, the on-off membrane button is not raised at all so it has no feel to it, so you can't tell if it was turned on without looking. Great price and is the approved USPS scale.
Don't waste your money! [Posted on 2007-11-20] Bought this item about three months ago without realizing it was a cheap plastic item made in China. Use it about three weeks and it stopped working totally. No way to repair it or reset it! Don't waste your money.
Broken in 3 months [Posted on 2008-04-29] After only 2 months the scale was way off - then it was too late to return it!
Would not purchase again!
