I had a Panasonic KX-TG1033S Dect 6.0 for nine months and it was a nice telephone except...... when someone called and left a recorded message the only way you knew it was by a small flashing light there is no audible beep as a result we were just missing too many calls. So I went on line to the manufactures web sites and started downloading their operating manuals on telephones that I was interested in. The manual on this phone told me everything I needed to know. This phone has so much going for it that I could write a book but rather than that I suggest you do as I did.
