These are very nice aesthetically, durability appears to be good and the only feature shortage I attribute to the base unit, not the satellite handset like this (that feature shortage is a handset locator). I have bought numerous of these and am quite impressed.

The sound quality is good and works well. But usability just isn't up to other cordless phones I have used.

We were looking for a two-line phone that can have at least one extra handset for another room. We also have the phone company's voicemail service, and so wanted our phone to be compatible for that. This phone works well on all counts. We tried, and returned, the Panasonic two-line phone first. We couldn't get the handsets to register properly, and it did not have a voicemail light (for phone company service) to alert to messages. The Uniden phone is small, easy to use--just right for us.
