Absolute blast for kids of ALL ages! [Posted on 2006-12-07] We received this game from a Yankee Swap 2 years ago, and it continues to be our #1 pick of a game to play when we get together with friends. Challenging you to think "outside of the box", Visual Eyes is challenging, fun, creative, and FUNNY! The first few times you play the game, you'll score relatively low. The more you play, the more creative you get, and have your brain revving in next-to-no-time. Suprise yourself with how much fun this game is! Even my 8-year-old daughter is starting to play, and comes up with some very insightful responses. You can't lose with this one! Well, you can lose the game, but you'll have a blast doing it!
Unique Game [Posted on 2007-01-15] Directions need clarification but my kids love this game and it is not super easy to win. Need to be sharp to play this game. Good for kids who do not read well or struggle with reading since not reading is required. 10 and up because of difficulity.
give it a try [Posted on 2007-05-21] At first glance, I thought this game was a dud. But I brought it to an office party and it was interesting to see how people saw different answers. I can imagine using it as a teambuilding experience, an icebreaker at at training event, or as a great game for a group that doesn't know each other well. I've yet to use it with the kiddos, but I'm betting they will also have interesting ideas to share.
Games Using Compound Words and Phrases [Posted on 2008-01-17] This game is fun and kids really enjoy it. Visual Eyes can be very good for students learning English and are developing knowledge of compound words, phrases, and idioms. I did find it annoying that the white paint from the game dice flaked off right when we started. I don't think the dice will look good after many times playing.
Fun for all [Posted on 2008-08-03] A big family group with all ages played this, everyone enjoyed it. Not confusing, engrossing, excellent game for all skill levels and mixed age groups. Recommend.
