EXTREMELY BAD support and customer service.
The support telephone could not be dialed in at all, harsh music played for hours to let you pay the phone fee.
Support email will be replied as mess messages, never hit your question, now my purchase could not be activated and died there without function, THEY deliberately not reply and not make effort to resolve the issue.
NEVER SEE A BAD SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE.
Never want to go back.

For the price, it's a great product! Impossible to bypass, unless your a VERY good tech. Recommended.
