this model works great, till power goes out or you accidently unplug it...been 2 days now and still cant get it to connect.

No issues with this unit aside from having to have Verizon tech support walk me through VPN setup. I did not have the connection issues the other reviewer reported, and I have had the unit for a year

This modem was included in my verizon DSL package and works great! But from the reviews I read saying they have to reset and not working. Its probably because 1.Wall Mount Filter wasn't conneted right. Or 2. Network connections wasn't Enabled. So make sure they are both connected properly. Aside from that make sure your using a DSL Filter on the phone cord connection not on Dsl cord connection. That is all you need to know. Thanx
